Formal notices under the ClearYard Platform Terms must be sent as that agreement requires, to: MSR Financial Inc., Attn: Legal, 43 Prince Street, Newton, MA 02465, with a copy by email to [email protected]. Email alone does not constitute notice under the Platform Terms unless that agreement expressly permits it.

4. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with the service, or with a payment made or received through the platform, write to [email protected] or to the address in Section 2. Tell us who you are, what happened, and what outcome you are seeking.
We acknowledge every complaint within two business days, record it in our complaints register, investigate it, and provide a written response within fifteen business days. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when you can expect an answer. If your complaint concerns a payment you made to a business that uses ClearYard, we may need to involve that business in order to resolve it, and we will tell you if we do.
Where a complaint concerns a service provided by one of our financial partners, we will forward it to that partner and tell you that we have done so.
5. Security disclosures
We welcome reports of suspected vulnerabilities at [email protected]. Please give us a reasonable period to investigate and remediate before public disclosure. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith, avoid privacy violations and service disruption, and do not access, modify or exfiltrate data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.
