1. Programs
MSR Financial Inc. (d/b/a ClearYard) operates two text messaging programs:
(a) ClearYard account messages, sent to personnel of ClearYard customers who opt in. These cover onboarding, account and security alerts, and support. They never contain marketing.
(b) Payment messages, sent through the ClearYard platform on behalf of a business that uses ClearYard (an "Operator") to its customers who have agreed with that Operator to receive them. These cover invoices, payment links, statements, reminders and receipts. They are sent in the Operator’s name and ClearYard delivers them. They never contain marketing.
2. Consent
You agree to receive messages by checking an opt-in box or agreeing to these terms when you give your number to ClearYard or an Operator. You confirm that you are the subscriber or an authorized user of that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
4. Opting out
Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE) to stop messages. We will confirm by text, and you will receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again. For payment messages, replying STOP ends messages from that Operator. To change how an Operator otherwise contacts you, contact the Operator.
5. Help
Reply HELP, or email [email protected]. For questions about an invoice or payment, contact the Operator that billed you.
6. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Changed numbers
If you change or give up your number, reply STOP from it first or tell us at [email protected].
8. Privacy
We handle your number and consent as described in our Privacy Statement, Section 7. We do not sell or share them for marketing.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new Effective Date.
